Laboured with a really unhelpful English title, Your Name is a huge hit anime film about a boy and girl switching bodies with comic/romantic/other consequences.
I've seen the sensory overlap romance before in Joss Whedon and Brin Hill's In Your Eyes but this also goes full body-swap.
