She Is The Doctor!
Doctor Who doing a male-to-female regeneration of the Doctor is a huge deal. Representation, the visibility of a female lead, and the casually genderfluid (rather than trans) Time Lord and chances to examine historical sexism.
Of course, speaking as a weirdo, I was a bit disappointed that it was shown as a closeup of his-to-her eyes. :D
