Mad Men didn't result in many copycat shows, being a slow-burn character study that reveled in the awfulness of the era it was set in, but the "fancy 50s and 60s outfits" element did result in a few series, notably the soapy-as-anything Pan Am, starring Christina Ricci and a not-famous-yet Margot Robbie and David Harbour.
