I'd want to change when and where I choose, of course. Ideally after a decent night's sleep, as I'm sure if I knew it was going to happen at a certain time I wouldn't sleep the night before. And a good breakfast as well...
I'd need quite a bit of spare money, as I'd want appointments for:
Makeover. Of course.
Personal shopper. Of course.
Bridal boutique. Because if I'm going to be beautiful for one day I want to wear a wedding dress!
Photo session. Of course.
Male escort. In case I don't get lucky by myself. Hopefully not an issue. Because I definitely want to experience sex with a man as a woman.
And I'd need a fancy party to go to. And/or a kinky party. I'm getting dressed up! Obviously!
Of course - and you don't just want to join the ball at the prince's palace and dazzle everybody (yes, the Cinderella phrasing is hard to keep off here...), you also want to know it sticks and becomes a lasting chapter of your life. ;)

A certain amount of wanting to be Cinderella may be a factor in the fantasy...
